Daniels Wood Land, Inc (DWL) is seeking a highly-motivated and experienced Scenic Project Manager who can manage a wide variety of projects. Position is responsible for interacting with clients, managing staff/company resources, acquiring materials, establishing goals/timelines, and coordinating installations for clients around the globe. Person will work closely with Department Managers and perform day-to-day oversight of fabrication which requires a high-level of understanding in construction methodologies, managing employee safety, and performing quality assurance. Preferred candidate will have a B.S. degree with an understanding of construction management and at least 5 years experience as a Project Manager. The applicant must be drug-free, have a clean record, a valid driver's license, and be able/willing to travel occasionally. Reliable transportation is a must and fluent English speaking is required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Understands and embraces the philosophy of "Build it Right the First Time”

• Ensures that projects remain in-scope and meet budgetary, scheduling, and quality requirements.

• Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on activities related to the project, including subcontractor monitoring

• Plans and leads status review meetings, which may include internal team members, vendors, and customers.

• Provides project leadership

• Establish project goals/timelines

• Purchasing/materials acquisition

• Work closely with Department Managers

• Coordinate crew installation/travel

• Interact with clients

• Handle various projects as Project Management is needed

Job Qualifications:

• Experience as Construction Project Manager or Scenic Project Manager a plus

• Excellent project management skills including prioritization, scheduling, and documentation.

• Strong grasp of current communication, project tracking, budget management technologies.

• Employs strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage shifting priorities, demands and timelines.

• Ability to work in a very fast-paced, high-pressure environment with many tasks requiring constant diligence,changing priorities and quick adaptations to very tight deadlines

• Able to formulate creative and agile plans to prevent or overcome challenges to scope of work, budget, and schedules.

• Positive attitude and high level of self-motivation

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse groups of people

• Willingness to mentor more junior team members and share knowledge.

Job Specifications:
