Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the month-end close process, including the preparation of journal entries, reconciling balance sheet accounts, and reviewing financial statements
• Prepare and maintain accurate and timely financial reports in accordance with GAAP
• Perform balance sheet and income statement analysis, identifying and resolving any discrepancies
• Ensure the accuracy of the general ledger and sub-ledger accounts by reconciling accounts and making necessary adjustments
• Manage inter-company transactions and reconciliation
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting issues
• Participate in the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing accounting processes and procedures
• Stay up-to-date on the latest accounting and financial reporting standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 5+ years of experience in general ledger accounting
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
