Diamond Investment Properties, a boutique, stable company is seeking a Sr. Accountant to join our team. Must have a minumum 5 years accounting experience and be proficient with Yardi Voyager Software. CPA a plus. This position is based in San Mateo, California, and a hybrid remote option maybe possible.

Resonsibilities:

Accounting using the Yardi Voyager system - YARDI VOYAGER EXP. REQUIRED:

Yearly CAM reconciliations

Quarterly Lender financial reports

Monthly Tenant invoicing.

Prepare monthly property financial statements, including budget variance.

Assist CFO & property managers in preparing and updating operating budgets.

Assist in reviewing, coding, and entering invoices into the system.

Generate and disburse checks.

Review monthly property ledgers report discrepancies to the CFO

Backup for the controller.

Assist CEO and CFO on ad hoc projects.

Payroll administration:

Payroll processing using ADP.

Keep employee payroll filed updated.

Benefit administration

Update Company HR policies
