Performs clerical accounting duties including routine and non-recurring calculations, reconciliations, verifications, and postings while ensuring accuracy and validity in the accounting processes.

Perform moderately complex accounting work following numerous and varied standard procedures and accounting practices. Daily tasks include the processing of invoices, transfers, credits, payables, and receivables. Assists customers with requests for invoices and proof of delivery. Sort, code, and entry of data in the business system. Analyze discrepancies and unpaid invoices. Maintain customer and vendor files. Perform other related work as assigned. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
