You’ve spent years becoming an expert and weapons systems modeling, simulation, and analysis. Now help lead the development of custom architectures, algorithms, and displays for cutting-edge military engineering-level and mission-level simulations and studies.

Being great a Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (MS&A) takes more than knowledge of a tool or a programming language. It takes a comprehensive understanding of military weapons systems, tactics, statistics, and engineering to pull it all together.

We are looking for a well-rounded software engineer, well-versed in solid design principles, with a background in MS&A that prepares them to hit the ground running.

At Hellebore, your skills won’t be given the opportunity to dull, and you won’t get out of sync with where the industry is headed. We promote continuous learning, training, and growth for each engineer.

With a strong path for professional growth, you will help define the tech stack. You and your team will use modern programming languages (for example, C++17, Python, Rust, Go, etc.) and development practices to work with a small, dedicated team developing for environments such as the Joint Synthetic Environment (JSE), EAAGLES, and AFSIM.

• A Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 10 Years of Experience
• The ability to work on-site at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, OH.

• A U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a National Security Clearance (SECRET, TOP SECRET, SCI)

Pay: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
