Overview:

Paychex is hiring for a Solutions Lead for our Paychex Flex HCM application! This is an exciting opportunity to work on a business essential application that provides customers the ability to hire and maintain their workers, where they want and when they want. Which includes a mobile application with millions of downloads and a 4.8 star rating! Qualified candidates will have strong communication and cross functional teamwork experience and fluency working in Angular and/or AngularJS and Java. Individual will join an exciting, fast paced work environment, where we leverage agile practices to manage our work.

Responsibilities:

What you can expect to do in this role?

• Provide technical direction to agile teams, in alignment with management and organizational vision
• Partner with Product and Software Architects to build cutting edge HR features
• Open, fun culture embracing innovation and improvement
• Work in an Agile (Scrum) environment
• Evaluate features for ROI benefits to drive priority decisions
• Manage multiple concurrent high visibility initiatives, monitoring progress to milestones and reacting fast to customer feedback
• Collaborate across functional lines, including acting as a point of contact for other leaders
• Frequent feature releases, every two weeks
• Drive innovative approaches for tackling complex needs
• Inspect, recommend, and implement process improvements to continually strive for better results

Qualifications: Compensation: In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $110,000 - $140,500.00 annually. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
