Alternative Power Enterprises in Ridgway, CO is looking for a highly motivated, passionate, and knowledgeable Technical Sales Associate to join our team. As our technical sales associate you will be the first contact with our customers, providing them information on our products and the benefits of having solar. Your duties will include understanding the needs of the customer, preparing quotes, and supporting the customer through the contracting process. Professionalism and technical knowledge is a must as you will be required to be out on-site visits for a proper estimate. This is an ideal position for a highly motivated individually as you will receive commission on top of your base pay, the sky really is the limit.

Alternative Power has been installing both grid-tied and off-grid solar systems on the Western Slope of Colorado for over 25 years. We work within multiple jurisdictions and we are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, quick and thorough, in their communication. Each jurisdiction may have different permitting requirements and so it is imperative that we are timely and accurate in everything that we do.
