Sr Graphic Designer

Premier Worldwide Marketing is an innovative, full-service sales and marketing agency specializing in the hospitality industry. Premier Worldwide Marketing provides turnkey sales and marketing solutions to a coveted portfolio of hotels and resorts ranging in size from 39 suites to 650+ rooms. Headquartered in Miami.

Essential Functions:

This role is responsible for creating and managing digital and print designs for our marketing needs. This role is also responsible for managing all graphic design tasks, refining projects and drafts, and generating creative ideas.

What we are looking for:

• Overseeing all design elements, from the conception to final delivery
• Reviewing the work of junior designers to give guidance and feedback
• Having hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
• Using their strong eye for aesthetics and visual details to ensure a quality final product
• Listening to design needs, coming up with ideas and communicating them to clients and other members of the team
• Delegating design tasks and providing support for junior level design team members
• Maintaining high standards of quality and making sure only the best work is released to the employer or client
• Collaborating across the organization to drive up standards of digital creativity
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

• 5+ years experience working in creative teams
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Experience with an online project management system (e.g: Monday.com)
• Advanced in Adobe Creative Suite
• Able to build email templates on tools such as SendGrid
• A passion for creating powerful, culturally impacting work
• Hands on experience with global creative production
• Experience working to tight project timeline and strict deadlines including last minute changes when needed
• An understanding and appreciation for modern communication trends across design, video, and communications.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
