About the Role:

As a Sr. Technical Product Manager on the Complete Solaria team, you’ll lead a new product initiative within an emerging space. The Sr. Technical Product Manager owns product planning and market placement of key renewable energy environmental monitoring solutions through the product lifecycle. This includes connecting with clients, capturing market requirements, defining product requirements and plans in alignment with company strategy, and working closely with global engineering, sales, support, manufacturing, and marketing colleagues to achieve revenue and client satisfaction success. As a Sr. Technical Product Manager you will work and coordinate with our Product Managers about a variety of Complete Solaria products.

Responsibilities:

• Establish the vision, strategy, and direction on a new product initiative
• Manage a variety of Complete Solaria products
• Become an expert in the space; understand the market and technology drivers; monitor industry trends
• Define goals and success with clearly measurable objectives and key results
• Deliver the best product experience for our Internal Users and External Solar and Home Experience Customers.
• Grooming out project descriptions and coordinate efforts with the development team
• Plan and coordinate sprints with the development team
• Communicate and collect product feedback from internal teams
• Identify new product opportunities and features
• Manage a product roadmap
• Communicate and coordinate product launches and post release support

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Product Management experience
• Entrepreneur Experience bringing new and innovative products to market
• Ability to use data and statistics to inform decisions
• Understand how to create simple and intuitive user experiences
• Passion for Complete Solaria products
• Proven ability to learn fast
• Demonstrated ability to be resourceful and innovative
