Job Description :

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Prepare all journal entries and account reconciliations across business units for month-end close
  • Review G/L and monthly financial statements for unusual activity
  • Compile documentation and reporting for external audit requests
  • Manage invoice entry and accounts receivable/payable process
  • Oversight of employee expense submission system and troubleshooting issues with company credit cards
  • Assist in the preparation of company budgets and forecasts
  • Support accounting/finance, operations, and sales teams in implementation of new ERP system

Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA is strongly preferred
  • 2-4 years of accounting experience
  • Strong written/verbal communication and ability to coordinate with teams outside of finance
  • Ability to analyze and modify complex financial modeling in Excel
  • Familiarity with Quickbooks-style accounting or other ERP systems strongly preferred
  • Self?starter that shares entrepreneurial mindset of the company; ability to adapt quickly to changes in work environment, manages competing demands, and can work independently between status updates
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, ability to monitor multiple open items and pending due dates
