Job Description :
- Prepare all journal entries and account reconciliations across business units for month-end close
- Review G/L and monthly financial statements for unusual activity
- Compile documentation and reporting for external audit requests
- Manage invoice entry and accounts receivable/payable process
- Oversight of employee expense submission system and troubleshooting issues with company credit cards
- Assist in the preparation of company budgets and forecasts
- Support accounting/finance, operations, and sales teams in implementation of new ERP system
Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA is strongly preferred
- 2-4 years of accounting experience
- Strong written/verbal communication and ability to coordinate with teams outside of finance
- Ability to analyze and modify complex financial modeling in Excel
- Familiarity with Quickbooks-style accounting or other ERP systems strongly preferred
- Self?starter that shares entrepreneurial mindset of the company; ability to adapt quickly to changes in work environment, manages competing demands, and can work independently between status updates
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, ability to monitor multiple open items and pending due dates
