Job Description

Voice of Judah Israel is a Christian ministry based out of Fort Wayne, Indiana, who provides food, clothing, humanitarian aid, and evangelism in the Land of Israel. Our organization is looking to expand our marketing team by hiring a videographer/video editor to take on the role of creating videos primarily for social media posts, thumbnails, newsletters, and other marketing materials to help represent our brand online. The candidate would start off part-time but may have the opportunity to become full-time in the future. Responsibilities

• Brainstorm and strategize with marketing team for a wide range of materials that will include social media posts, web pages, newsletters, and other marketing materials
• Collaborate in development of marketing campaigns and projects to advance ministry’s goals
• Create high-quality and attention-grabbing videos that grab the users’ attention and improve the ministry’s credibility on various social media platforms
• Present rough drafts and concepts to marketing team
• Work with graphic designer and creative director to produce final video
• Ensure that final videos match the ministry’s identity
• Upload all videos to a content management system within the required timeframes

Skills and Qualifications

• No degree required
• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, Rumble, and YouTube, in order to develop native videos for each platform
• Exceptional creativity and innovative editing skills
• 5+ years experience (academic or professional) with video software such as Adobe Priemere, Adobe After Effects, or Final Cut Pro
• Proven experience with video editing, with a strong portfolio of work
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines
• Ability to create large quantity of videos without losing quality on a weekly basis

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years in professional video editing, preferably with a creative or marketing agency
• Working knowledge of Apple computers, Trello, Google Drive, and Slack
• Videography experience and proficiency with video-editing software
• Graphic design capabilities is a big bonus
• Desire to continue to grow skill set and be part of a growing marketing team
