our restaurant group is known for providing some of the most unique experiences in Colorado Springs, through our creative cocktails, service, and food. We are looking for experienced bartenders/servers to add to our amazing team. Duties include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality service to customers
• Adhere to all local and national liquor laws
• Mix and serve drinks following set standard recipes provided by us
• Greet guests in a timely manner and take orders
• Provide exceptional hospitality to all guests
• Process cash and credit card transactions following appropriate procedures
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team
• Carry out all tasks with attention to detail, cleanliness, and safety
• Assist with inventory and inventory control
• Assist with decorating during theme changes and attending theme change meetings

Qualifications for Bartenders/servers

• At least 2 years of experience in a cocktail bar or similar environment
• Must be 21 years of age
• Basic mathematical skills
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift 25lbs
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, champagne, and mixed cocktails
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and speak English proficiently
