Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Call Center

POSITION SUMMARY:

Our customer service representative is responsible for assisting customers with sales, inquiries, service requests, and complaint resolution in a fast pace environment. Answering Inbound calls and making outbound calls to best serve our customers and meet Sales and team goals.

Reports to: Customer Service Manager

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.

Provide excellent customer service to all customers to include answering phone calls, customer requests, concerns, billing questions, entering work orders, upselling, and collections.

Work closely with sales team to respond proactively to customer needs to include scheduling, special requests, and reporting.

Update information related to the customer’s account in our billing system so that all historical interactions are logged.

Maintains open communication lines between departments to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction are achieved.

Provide Quotes and Follow Up on them

Good time management skills to ensure assigned responsibilities are completed in an efficient and safe manner.

Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel, customers and vendors.

Proficient in Microsoft Suite

Comfortable Speaking with Any Type Of Person

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Years of Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of customer service in a service-based business, experience with telephony system.

Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent.

MACHINES, TOOLS, EQUIPMENT AND SOFTWARE USED:

Usual office equipment including computer, telephone, copier, and calculator.

Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

office environment.

TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Ability to use a computer and related devices, such as a keyboard, mouse or other related equipment, throughout the workday while seated at a desk or workstation.
