The Float DSP Team Member works as a Direct Support Professional in a home setting. Duties include assisting individuals with their needs, medications, cleaning, appointments, outings, organization, documentation, etc.

The individual in this position must be highly motivated and self sufficient in their work. Reliable transportation is a must, as well as the ability to work at different locations.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Valid driver's license is required
• Successful background clearance
• Minimum of one year of experience preferred

• Days, Evenings, or a mix of both
• Rotating schedule options available
• Every other weekend/holiday
