Active and current PT license. Visit a variety of clients in their own home, helping them recover from an injury, illness, surgery, or hospitalization.

Assist with the tracking of financial progress of federal or state grants. Must maintain a satisfactory driving record with the DMV. High School Diploma or GED.

Receive and respond to telephone calls and visitors in a courteous manner. Forward telephone calls or take messages as needed.
