Understand operations and help with the flow of the space * Understand marketing with vendors and collaborations, be in charge of the synergy of the food hall bringing together a team of successful vendors to work hand in hand to promote positivity and a welcoming experience at RSM.
This is an important aspect of the position. Candidate should have a strong drive and willingness to want to engage with others to help create positive relationships and also bring attention to the brand River Street Market
SALES: This is an important aspect of the position. Candidate should have a strong drive to want to increase sales. An outgoing personality that consistently wants to increase event bookings and vendors sales.
MARKETING: The candidate will work directly with the marketing team but as stated above the position should have a heavy sales drive to help with the promotion of the space. Someone that really understands the importance of networking. This person might still have to work with a graphic designer or advertising team to help with messaging and strategy, however the candidate should be responsible for letting the marketing team know where to pick up efforts. In constant communication with what is needed and where targeting should be focused on.
MANAGEMENT: Candidate should have management skills, this skill will help with the COORDINATION part of the job. Should have some venue management experience and/or food industry.
OTHER: The position should also have reporting skills. Understand the importance of communication and report back to owners on the status of the food hall in regards to: operations, sales, and overall growth.
COMMUNITY MANAGER POSITION DESCRIPTION

MARKETING: The candidate will work directly with the marketing team as to what is needed, what is the status of the space needs/vacancies, etc. In constant communication with what is needed and where targeting should be focused on.
MANAGEMENT: Candidate should have management skills, this skill will help with the COORDINATION part of the job.
