About the Role:

The Production role at the Manawa location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Line work includes, but is not limited to filling displays with pouches, cups or sticks, quality, and weight checks of products

• Product filling includes, but is not limited to picking up materials from a pallet, hand truck, ext. and placing ingredients into machine/ hopper

• Assisting operators when needed, line set up and regulating of the speed of conveyors

• Knowledge of SAP (Inventory Control System)

Important Details: Full-time, hourly positions. Guaranteed 40+ hours / week. NO MANDATORY OVERTIME- effective April 2023.

Wages: $20.11-$24.96

Schedules are subject to change based on business need. Current shifts available:

• 1st: 6am-2pm OR 2-2-3 shifts available Days: 5am- 5pm

• 2nd: 2pm-10p Nights: 5pm-5am

• 3rd: 10pm-6am **$1.50 shift premium included on 2-2-3 Nights.

About You:

You’ll fit right in if you have:

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written

• Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus
