Job Summary:

The primary responsibility of the Sales Assistant is to manage and enter client job orders in our database and submit candidate profiles via online platforms. Provide overall support to the Account Management team charged with Client sales and placement interactions.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $1000 Sign-on bonus
• $17/hour + 10% annual bonus

Job Tasks:

• Enter all new job orders into the system in a timely manner
• Enter all jobs received in the various MedPro jobs mailboxes
• Access external job websites/portals to retrieve job details
• Enter bill rates, fees, and non-billable information into the system
• Profile review and submission of files to multiple online platforms

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of data entry experience
• Strong computer and data entry skills; Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional level is written and oral communication skills
• Strong attention to detail skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
