Adelphoi has a full-time Secretary position available at the Hartford Heights Education location. This position is year-round.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer incoming phone calls, distribute messages
- Type handwritten documents, meeting minutes, dictations, reports, and correspondence.
- File, copy, and operate office equipment
- Assist with medication management for clients
- Assist with forms, documentation, reports, and mailings
- Request and track requests from school districts and community agencies
- Coordinate field trip assignments assigned by the Program Supervisor
- Maintain inventory for office supplies, food services, and other items
- Complete tasks as assigned by the building principal
Education: High School Diploma with emphasis on business courses
