The newly created Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible for multi-channel internal and external marketing and communication efforts to drive in new business, create brand awareness, and increase member service/product penetration. The Senior Marketing Specialist develops and implements effective brand communications and marketing programs to existing and potential members and the overall community.

In this role, you will plan, develop and implement the overall marketing strategies in support of our organizational goals. You will also develop and coordinate our branding and outreach efforts. This includes, but is not limited to, media planning, website, email marketing, digital signage/advertising, social media presence, and any other channels NHFCU may employ for membership and product growth, as well as other organizational initiatives. Will also be responsible for monitoring market trends and performance metrics, and continually researching products, services, and current strategies to identify new opportunities.

Bachelors degree required, with at least 2-3 years experience in a bank/credit union or financial services environment, as well as 3+ years of maketing experience including digital platforms.
