That's A Awful Lot Of Cough Syrup (ALOCS) is a high fashion streetwear line founded by famous fashion designer Desto Dubb. ALOCS started from nothing and in 5 years, has become one of the biggest streetwear lines in the industry. We're expanding consistently and in need of a high-level manager to oversee 3 retail locations in Los Angeles.

ALOCS General Manager will oversee store operations & customer service, including employee hiring, schedule & time clock management, store display, inventory management, technical regulatory compliance, reporting, handling cash, and store functionality, efficiency, and optimization.

We’re looking for someone who is strong professional, reliable, proactive, organized, technically savvy, punctual, and able to solve problems without needing help. Someone that knows how a high fashion retail business is supposed to run and can actively improve operations.

Salary, full-time.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, coach, and counsel retail employees.
• The leadership of a professional, fun & positive Team Member and Customer experience.
• Ensuring daily opening & closing tasks are understood and executed daily at each store.
• Knows how to build relationships in the store and show employees how to communicate with new customers.
• Be on the floor when you have time, covering whatever needs to be done.
• Master POS system, front of house and back of house operations to be able to teach and troubleshoot anything regarding retail store operations (DTLA & Melrose).
• Foster and lead environment of sales-driving in all channels to meet sales budgets and forecasts.
• Compile work schedules, assess employee performance, adjust schedules, and maintain check-ins, breaks, and check-outs via time clock.
• Ensure the shop is in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Monitor inventory & work with the production manager to coordinate reorders of inventory with bi-weekly inventory counts.
• Enforce new company roles and responsibilities.
• Place purchase orders for supplies and associated retail products for business operations.
• Travel for pop ups
• Maintain inventory receiving logs and packing lists, inventory control logs, Store Self-Assessment audits, cash sales, and sales data.
• implement disciplinary actions and bonuses for retail employees
• Monitor sales of each store with analytical feedback during weekly meetings
• staying proactive in finding ways to improve store operations, efficiencies, and customer & retail experience.
